RETURNABLE AND REFUNDABLE

Returns are available for all items excluding discounted items. Items must be returned within 4 - 14 working days of receipt for a refund and any received thereafter may be denied. All returning items must be shipped through traceable mail at the customer's expense. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging including tags.

Exchanging items is possible if the item is in stock and the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to AdorableProjects and back to the customer. If items are not in stock, we will refund minus the shipping cost. Please contact our Customer Care for returns.
